1. General Information

PreDesign specializes in gold, silver, and jewelry products, including rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and custom-designed jewelry. By purchasing or interacting with our services, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website and services. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products and Pricing

  1. Product Description: We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, variations in color, design, and size may occur due to photographic limitations.
  2. Pricing: All prices listed are in ILS (Israeli Shekel) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  3. Custom Designs: For custom-designed jewelry, additional charges may apply based on specifications and materials.

4. Orders and Payments

  1. Placing Orders: Orders can be placed through our website. Once an order is placed, you will receive an acknowledgment email with the details.
  2. Payment Methods: We accept online payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Payments must be completed at the time of purchase.
  3. Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Custom-designed jewelry orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

  4. In accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Debit Cards Law, 1986, and the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, a user who has purchased products through the website shall be entitled to cancel the transaction within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of the document containing the transaction details (whichever is later).

    The cancellation may be made by submitting a written request through the online system on the website and/or by sending a letter to 29 Neve Eshkol, Kiryat Ekron, and/or by calling +972-58-4241996, and/or by sending an email to info@predesign.co.il.

    A user who wishes to cancel a transaction due to a defect in the product received or due to a discrepancy between the advertised product and the actual product will receive a full refund. In the event of a cancellation that is not due to a defect in the product, a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 ILS (whichever is lower) will apply.

    A refund due to a transaction cancellation will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase, in accordance with applicable law and the terms and conditions of the credit card company and/or payment processing company.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  1. Shipping Policy: We offer nationwide shipping across Israel. Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.
  2. Delivery Time: Orders are processed within 18 business days after payment confirmation. Processing and production time for custom designs may take  30 business days or longer, depending on the complexity of the design.
  3. Delay: PreDesign is not liable for delays caused by courier services, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events.

  4. The product delivery times are as specified on the product’s sales page unless explicitly stated otherwise. It is clarified that the shipping times commence from the date the transaction is approved by the credit card company.

    Without derogating from the above, the operator shall not be responsible for any delay or failure in the delivery of the product resulting from force majeure, hostilities, acts of terrorism, war, strikes, lockouts, or any other circumstances beyond the operator’s control.

6. Returns and Refunds

  1. Eligibility: Returns are accepted for defective or damaged items within 7 days of delivery. Custom-designed jewelry is non-refundable.
  2. Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return.
  3. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and trademarks displayed on the PreDesign Studio website are the property of PreDesign. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

PreDesign is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

9. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

10. Amendments to Terms

PreDesign reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.

11.Customer Club Policy

No Double Discounts – Benefits and discounts offered to customer club members cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or coupons, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Priority in Discounts – If a product is included in an existing promotion, only one discount may be applied – the higher of the two will be automatically applied at checkout.

Exclusive Benefits for Club Members – Discounts and benefits exclusive to customer club members are only valid for purchases made through the personal customer club account. No retroactive credit will be provided for purchases made outside the club framework.

Updates and Changes – Pre Design reserves the right to update or modify the policy terms at any time at its sole discretion. Notice of significant changes will be published on the company’s website and through official communication channels.

12. Jewelry Warranty

  1. Scope of Warranty
    PREDESIGN provides a full warranty on any gold and/or gemstone-studded jewelry purchased directly, for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, upon presentation of the receipt. This warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship, excluding loss of the jewelry or any part of it.

  2. Exclusions from Warranty
    This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper or unreasonable use of the jewelry, or from natural wear and tear, including breakage, tearing, or other defects.

  3. Unauthorized Service
    If the jewelry is repaired or treated by an unauthorized party not approved by PREDESIGN, this warranty will be void, and no service will be provided.

  4. Care and Maintenance Instructions
    Avoid spraying perfume, alcohol, cosmetics, or chemicals on the jewelry, pearls, or stones. Additionally, do not allow pearl jewelry to come into contact with water, and do not sleep while wearing the jewelry.

  5. Warranty Service Conditions
    Under this warranty, the following services will be provided at PREDESIGN’s discretion: repair of the jewelry, replacement with a new piece, or a refund.

  6. Ring Size Adjustment
    A ring size adjustment will be offered free of charge only within the first year from the date of purchase, upon presentation of the receipt. After this period, a size adjustment service will be provided for a nominal fee, at PREDESIGN’s sole discretion.
